On 1 April 2017, Nigel Biggar delivered the conference paper, “What’s the problem with natural rights?” (see video below). The conference, “What are natural rights?”, was hosted by the Catholic Centre at NYU and the Thomistic Institute (Washington, D.C.) at New York University.
